We build IoT-based SCADA and remote monitoring systems for solar and hybrid power plants. Plant owners, EPCs, IPPs, O&M providers and utilities use them to monitor, control and analyse their assets in real time, across utility-scale, industrial and commercial projects, rooftops and agri-solar.
Seven products cover cloud and local SCADA, power plant control, data logging, load management and DG synchronisation, zero export and generation forecasting.

Leadership
Team EnerMAN has hands-on experience in building and operating several MWs of solar PV plants. That experience went into one platform that saves energy, reduces opex and improves plant performance, and the team has been building solar energy technology for more than a decade.
Ashok D M
CEO and Managing Director
Ashok has spent more than three decades in power, semiconductors and telecom, including 16+ years in solar PV. He co-founded AVI Solar Energy in 2010 and EnerMAN in 2019, after roles as General Manager at Sasken and Project Manager at Wipro, with earlier engagements at Microcon and Enercon.
Nithin B
Director of Finance
Nithin is a Chartered Accountant (1988 batch) with more than three decades in finance, accounts, taxation and corporate governance in the manufacturing industry. Before AVI Solar and EnerMAN he worked at Larsen & Toubro in India and China. He co-founded EnerMAN and directs its finance function.
Ravi Shanker
VP, Business Development
Ravi leads business development at EnerMAN. He brings more than 25 years in business development, commercial and operations roles across EPC, energy, infrastructure and industrial automation, with earlier assignments at Sinicon Controls, Moat Project Management, Dynamics Group, Infidea FZE, Bin Galib Group, Reliance Communication and Powertek Associates.
Jithesh Dev
Advisor, Business Development
Jithesh has 25+ years in renewable energy, laser optics and research, including 19+ years in the renewable industry across solar, wind, BESS, hydro and microgrids. His prior engagements include ACWA Power, GEC JSC/TTC Energy, Conergy Asia, Phoenix Solar, SERIS, REC and Tata-BP.
